What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art tradition. Today, Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise and stretching. It is a practice that involves slow, graceful, focused movements, accompanied by controlled deep breathing. Looking into the exercise further, I found it has so many benefits to our bodies:

- Improved mood
- Improved aerobic capacity
- Increased energy and stamina
- Improved flexibility and agility
- Improved muscle strength and definition
- Enhance quality of sleep
