Dining and Menus
Brewster Place has dining rooms in five locations on campus:
- Redwood Restaurant
- The Evergreens Grill
- The Market on Main Street
- Brewster Bean
- Brewster Health Center
Menus are created in consultation with a registered dietitian, our dining staff and resident input. Special attention is given to low salt, low sugar, and gluten-free menu items while providing a wide variety of homemade and healthy menu choices. Special holiday meals are served throughout the year as well as catering for events, parties, and celebrations.

Another Day with J&J...
While Jamie, Julie and “Production” take a well-deserved summer hiatus, take some time to explore the Another Day with J&J Archives! Have a great summer!
“Another Day with J&J” features Brewster’s very own Jamie Fritz and Julie Schmanke (Activities Coordinator and Wellness Specialist, respectively) as they just chat about current events both off and on the Brewster campus as well as important matters such as, what is Dolly Parton up to now?
Our dynamic duo debuted “Another Day with J&J” in April 2020 during COVID when everything was basically shut down. “Another Day” was imagined as a way to help our residents feel connected to each other, which proved to be a great success! A year later (May 2021), COVID seemed to let up and so did J&J… so “Another Day” soon faded away, just like the rest of our fondest memories.
